None, murder is defined as the unlawful killing, usually with premeditation. The Lord God Almighty created every single human being, and holds them in existence for the rest of eternity. Every moment of their life on earth is a gift from Him to be used to choose Him. The Lord God is so far beyond us in intelligence and insight, not to mention foreknowledge of the past and future, that we can't even begin to judge Him. If He decides someone's life ON EARTH is to end, well, then it is going to end. It is not unjust, nor it is ever considered murder. He is just telling them that their time to make a decision to love Him or not is over and judgment time is now. You cannot define that as murder. Besides all of that, you can't really know how many deaths were directly a result of the Lord God's actions, or the result of His allowing free will, and some jerk using his free will to murder someone else. The ancient Israelites saw God as the First Cause, and often ignored instrumental causes when talking of something. Thus is person A killed person B, they would speak of the Lord God taking person B - and it would be murder in the light of person A, certainly not in the light of the Lord God.
