the Xbox 360 supports up to 16 players for system link, however it really depends on the game's multiplayer limit on how many people can play that game.
Well the average X-Box 360 can only use up to 4 controllers at once. I would guess if you have it linked to another X-Box 360, you could connect up to 8. (You'll need to TVs though)
yeah but you have to go at the same time
I'm pretty sure 4....
System Link
yea for system link (requires 2 xbox 360'S)
its when you have a special wire that goes from xbox-xbox and you can play with ther consoles
Yes, but only over Xbox LIVE or through system link. You can have up to two people per Xbox if you are playing campaign. The same goes for any Halo game except the first two (you can't play their campaigns over Xbox LIVE, but you can system link)
you have to have two televisions and two xboxes and play system link while having a cord connecting both of the xboxes, i have played with 4 players, 2 on one tv and 2 on the other but next to each other, without xbox live
Yes, but only to play system link xbox games that are compatible on the 360 (like Halo, Halo 2 and the like) but not to play system link on games that are on both (Battlefield 2 Modern Combat) using one 360 version and one Xbox version
Yes, you are able to do xbox to xbox via system link with a ethernet cable or just by being on a common network.
4 is the maximum allowed for one Xbox 360. If you system link you can have infinite as long as you have 1 console and all hookups, plus a TV, for every 4 players.
Yes, you can but you have to do it with non-xbox live profiles
System link is a way to play with other people on the same network as yourself, so no you do not need live to system link but you do need to be on the same network
If you are asking about setting up a game and playing head to head or co-op via system link, yes. Xbox live is not needed for that. The game will be hosted and played on the linked consoles. If you want to play other players on xbox live, you need to have xbox live. Linking your systems together will not allow you to bypass that.
Yes. On zombies the x box only lets 2 players play zombies. You can play with 2 people on your x box and do system link or x box live to play with 2 more people
