There is no way of knowing for sure, but if your credit is otherwise solid it shouldn't be by much. If this was your oldest open line of credit, you may see a noticeable drop just because length of credit history figures into the rating. Otherwise, I wouldn't worry about it - it's worth more to avoid a $95/year fee to have the card than it is to keep paying the fee to shore up your rating.
