Also, the narcotics cops were caught doing drugs from the evidence room, stealing money and spending a lot of time at the casinos on city time. I believe this public exposure, demotion of the officers and subsequent hirings have had a chilling effect on police officers who would participate in gangstalking. To reiterate, yes, police have engaged in gangstalking. They are just people. Why wouldn't they.
