Well, it depends n the size of the potato. But, if we assume that an average potato gives us a serving of four pieces then depending on the appetite f the person I would say 4-6 pieces per person. Which is an average of 5. Therefore to feed 100 people I would use 125 potatoes. BUT, as my Mother always says, it's better to have more than less - so do 150.
