TMV affect most members of the plant family Solanaceae; this is of particular importance as many of this family are crops of economic importance: Tobacco Potatoes Tomatoes Petunia
What type of potato? If they are not seed potatoes you will get none. Different varieties produce varying amounts but you will get several on each plant.
Potatoes are tubers. Each have "eyes". If you cut the tuber up so that each segment has an eye and plant it, a new plant will grow with several tubers growing underground. "Seed" potatoes have many eyes on the tuber.

As far I know no. Because you can only crossbreed plants if they are of the same family for example you can cross a tomato with a bell pepper because they are of the family 'solanaceae' (which is the Latin name) or translated the 'nightshade' family.
I think you may be confused, a "tuber" is a swollen, fleshy, usually underground stem of a plant, such as the potato, bearing buds from which new plant shoots arise. Thus onepotato is one tuber. If you meant to ask how many potatoes (tubers) grow on a single potato plant, then there is no one answer as different varieties produce different yields and sizes of potato.
