You don't gain calories from sitting. You gain calories from eating.
to gain ten pounds you can eat food with lots of calories or fats
Well, by eating lots of meals per day, all consisting of junk food such as bacon cheeseburgers. If you look this up, you can find many different amounts of cheeseburger calories, but the highest ones are about one thousand calories. You need about 3500 calories to gain a pound, so 7000 to gain two. So, eating seven bacon cheeseburgers a day will cause you to gain 2 pounds a day, so 14 pounds a week. In a month, you will have gained about 56 pounds. But, of course, this isn't healthy at all- try gaining fat at a slower pace.
the same situation happened to me. either you can eat and then compensate by exercise, or if you have patience (which I DO NOT have :D) then you can slowly go up. 50 or so extra calories a day. You may gain a couple pounds, but as soon as your metabolism speeds back up, you will lose it again. good luck
It depends! Are you including them in your calories, and not eating over your calories? If so, then it won't make you gain belly fat! Don't worry. It will cause bloat, though, if you eat a lot of it.
300,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000.00 pounds if you eat a watermelon
If you drink a 12 oz can of Coca-Cola every day you would gain 14.6 pounds per year. (one can = 140 calories x 365 days = 51,100 calories / 3500 calories = 14.6 pounds)
The number of calories a waitress burns depends on several different factors including the weight of the waitress. The more a person weighs, the more they'll burn. A waitress weighing 155-160 pounds will probably burn about 94 calories for each 30 minutes of her shift. For a waitress weighing 120-125 pounds the number of calories burned for 30 minutes would be about 70-75.
Yes,by eating all the foods that have high calories and tastes good [to you]. Eating a high calorie diet will help you gain weight, but to properly do this without harming yourself, it's best to consult your doctor, who can tell you whether you need to gain the weight in the first place. If so, your doctor can instruct you, or refer you to a nutritionist.
You can gain weight by eating food with high Calories.
Probably not.
Depends. There are 2,600 calories in each pound, and your body is constantly burning calories. So if you eat enough you can gain probably 1-2 pounds.
