Honestly, I do not think that there is an actual specific number for a ten year old girl doing push ups? I think that she should do as many as she can as long as she is enjoying herself and not under too much strain.

I would start with 10 and add 5 every week. If that's too fast then add 5 every month. Don't try to over do it and eat protein or else your body will burn the muscle that's being added to the body.
