If it's totally empty you will need between 12 and 13 qts.
The TOTAL capacity of a Turbo 350 is around 9.3 quarts, this is including the converter.
If it is just from a pan removal. put in 4 then check it. If the trans was removed and the convertor was drained, it takes about 12 quarts.
