The book says 13.9 or "Mercon V ATF" for the 4R70W tranny thats in the 5.0L V8 motors and for the 5R55E has a range of 9.5-10 quarts for the 4.0L SOHC and 4.0L OHV 4X4 and 4X2
The manual 5 Speed is 5.6 PINTS of "Mercon ATF" (Notice there isnt a "V" after "Mercon" for the manual shift...
