There is no limit to the number of questions that can be asked, or answers that can be given.
Your question puzzled me until I noticed the top of the window. Do you think the words are telling you to "ASK ANSWER" for the answers to your questions? You click on "ASK" to ask a question, and you click on "ANSWER" to answer questions that others have asked.
When your question is asked it will appear in the unanswered questions until other questions are asked and it will slowly fall lower in the list until it leaves the list. You do not have to do anything but ask the question to get it in the unanswered questions list.
Unanswered questions stay on the website until someone comes and answers them. When someone answers them you can see the answer after it is posted.AnswerYou get rewarded by pride, that you were able to answer something before everyone else, among other things.
You wait until someone has gave the answer. You could GIVE answers by making an acount.
Click on New Questions at the top of the page then scroll or browse through the questions until you find one to answer. then just click on the question and Answer It!
By going over to the left, in the blue edged box going down the page, scroll down until you see the section of the blue box where it states 'My Pages', under this section click 'My Contributions', from there filter the settings where it states 'Questions (asked)' and you will see all the questions you have asked on WikiAnswers.

Actually, this site answers many questions. It is just that answers are not usually immediate. Sometimes people give inappropriate answers and they have to be cleared so others can see the questions and have the chance to give appropriate answers. It is possible that others don't know the answer, so you have to wait until someone can answer.Now, if you ask the question poorly, don't categorize it correctly, or break the rules, you might not get any answer.
