To remove the rear bumper on a VW Sharan, start by opening the rear hatch and removing any screws or clips securing the bumper to the vehicle's body, typically located around the edges and under the tail lights. Next, disconnect any electrical connectors for sensors or lights. Gently pull the bumper away from the vehicle, ensuring you release any clips holding it in place. Finally, lift the bumper off and set it aside for further work or replacement.
