It depends on the vehicle. If it has 4 wheel disk brakes it has 4, others have 2 rotors & 2 drums.

It would depend if your car has 4 wheel disc brake or only the front (2) has disc brakes. You would have one rotor for each wheel with disc brakes.
It depends on year of production. Newer models have 4 rotors. Older models have have only 2. You can easily find out by checking your wheels.
Front or rear rotors and 2 wheel or 4 wheel drive, it makes a difference.
1. Raise the car 2. Remove wheels 3. Remove brake caliper assembly 4. Remove rotors 5. Bring them to machine shop or brake inspection station where they will use the machine to reface them.
2 wheel or 4 wheel drive, front or rear rotors, it makes a big difference.
1-3-4-2 rotors turns counterclockwise.
Need to know if it is a 4+2 or a 4+4.
