I would say yes. As a student at Memorial University, I can honestly say that MUN has an excellent Engineering Department. Plus, we have one of the cheapest tuition rates in all of Canada :)
There is No subsea engineering major in Canadian universities. You have to check Aberdeen and huston universites for the best MSc programs.
