I hope somebody who knows this history better than I will jump in, but depending on how you define voyage Ferdinand Magellan was only on the one famous voyage. For several years before his famous voyage he served on ships and was in a couple of naval battles.
There was only 18 men left out of the 270 that left.
Ferdinand Magellan was a Spanish explorer. During his voyage in circumnavigating the world, he sailed through cold weather and extreme rains for many years.
Ferdinand Magellan took 237 men on his voyage, but many of them died.
usually about 50
i think Magellan is 5,7 because people before are not so tall and he is around 118-120 lbs i guess. why 120 lbs?? because before they reached form the island of the Philippines many of Magellan's soldiers died of hunger. some ate rats and wood dust, according to the book of Magellan's writer. Magellan has fought many wars before he reached from the island of the Philippines.

Because of Ferdinand Magellan. People discovered that the world was round. (Oblate Spheroid). At first they thought the earth was flat so no one dared to sail at the end. Many things were discovered by Ferdinand Magellan's Voyage. If you wanna know more about Ferdinand Magellan's voyage.
Magellan was in the Spanish navy for several years before he became an explorer. He made various trips with them, but everywhere they went had already been explored. Magellan only made one exploring trip, he died in the Philippines after the fleet went around the tip of South America.
