Unlike the 5.7 Litre Hemi, which takes 16, your 4.7 only has
1 per cylinder.
If it is a Hemi - it has 16 Spark Plugs if it is a regular 8 cylinder it has 8 Spark Plugs
2008 and before has 8 plugs. 2009 and up has 16 spark plugs.

Second generation Hemis have 16 spark plugs. Each cylinder has an ignition coil pack over one spark plug, and a regular plug wire connected to the other spark plug. Be extremely careful not to mix the wires up when you change plugs.
