There are about one hundred and twenty thousand registered mosques in Pakistan with an equal number of unregistered ones. There is no government control over the construction of mosques in Pakistan ,therefore the number is increasing every month whereas in other Muslim countries there is a strong check on the construction of mosques and it is easy to count the mosques.Even in Saudi Arabia it is the government that decides to build a new mosque.Even the prayer leader and other staff is appointed by the government.The figures I have given pertain to 2000.The number must have risen to 20 percent now.

Technical means normal way of education which consist of primary, secondary, higher secondary, intermediate, undergraduate, graduate, post graduate etc.
