There is no way to answer this question. Scoops come in different sizes.
There is only 25 - 35 grams of protein in a 70cc scoop So if you wanted 70 grams, 2 scoops.
You MUST define the powder.
If you have 250 ml's of water with 1 scoop of why protein you would be replacing approximately 100 calories.
A tsp is a measure of volume, not mass. You cannot convert between teaspoons and grams.
About 18g :)
It depends on the size of scoop, and quality and brand of protein. Average in most cases is 24 grams.
If ur referring to the little measuring cup they include in ur protein powder, it's about 28 grams of powder (which btw equals to about 20 of protein).
they say if you lose the scoop you should buy more formula and use the scoop from the new can because diff. products have diff. size scoops. however, i've measured similac advanced, and it pretty much comes out to: one scoop = a heaping tablespoon, or just an unleveled tablespoon (3.5 teaspoons if you want to be super anal about it), some people measured enfimil lipil and it also came out to 3.5 teaspoons, or a nice healthy tablespoon
Scoops are all different.
It depends on the size of the scoop. You might be talking about the small plastic scoops that sometimes come with containers of protein powder- they vary. To determine the volume of one of the scoops, simply fill the scoop to the top with water, then pour the water into a measuring cup. Wahlah! That's the volume of your scoop.Better Answerlol. Since you asked on the size of the scoop I'm going to assume you don't have one, unlike the person that answered first. One Scoop is equal to 22 grams which is about 1 and a half tablespoons. If a recipes calls for two scoops 3 tablespoons works pretty good. To get exact amount just type '22 grams to tablespoon' in google. Correct AnswerIn response to the answer above, one scoop of protein is generally 22 grams of protein, not 22 grams of total 'weight'. Also 22 grams is about 1 and a half tablespoons if you're measuring water - otherwise this is not the case. You would need the density of the substance to determine the volume to weight calculation. An answer to the original question: a normal protein scoop is ~70cc's. So there are roughly 3 scoops of protein per cup.
If your trying to lose weight like me i just take in some protein, a can of tuna or a scoop of whey protein with skimmed milk
