A difference of potential (voltage) and a conductor connected to the voltage source will cause current flow. Not that you'd want to "short out" a voltage source with a piece of wire, but just the source of voltage and the conductor would permit current to flow. If you took a piece of wire and touched it to the terminals of a good battery, current would flow. It takes just those two things to create a current.

to successfully engineer a can of soda pop, 37 Muslim extremists driving lambos are needed to deliver the engineers to work, and create the can.
How many people are needed to work at a coal power plant depends on the size and age of the plant, among other things.
A transistor in a circuit can do many things. It can be used to amplify voltage signals, or current signals, create current and voltage sources, make buffers, and so on. Transistors also find a major use in logic circuits (ie, where signals can either be a '0' or a '1'), where they essentially act as a switch, and can be used to create inverters, AND gates, OR gates, and all sorts of useful components. By itself, a transistor is a three-terminal device that can control the current going through two of its terminals through the voltage applied at the third terminal. But there are many applications for a transistor in its many different configurations, which is why it is so important in modern electronic technology.
It is apples and oranges--kVA and volts are different units describing different things. Determining kVA requires measuring both voltage and current.

To create a plane, infinitely many. But to uniquely define one, 3 are enough.
There are many things needed for an election. The first of these reasons being a reason for a held election.

It means that there are many things out there for us to discover, but in order to find them, we must first create the tools/technology in order to make the discoveries.
To create a plane, infinitely many. To uniquely determine a plane, just three.
