For a healthy pet feed as much as the animal will eat at a sitting. You have to watch how much the first time and then fill the bowl with the same amount each day. Some people just keep the bowl full all the time.

∙ 13y agoAll the time. Fill the bowl up with pellets, and whenever you see the bowl is empty, just fill it back up. Unless your guinea is overweight, then probably feed him twice a day. Pellets are an essential part of a guinea pig's diet, and shouldn't be limited.

A general guideline for pellets is 4 tablespoons per day for a normal, healthy 5 pound rabbit. You should bring your bunny to the vet to make sure she's normal and healthy, and to find out her weight!
