Most exercise regiments include 2 days on, one day off for some time, and then progressing to three days of working out, and one day off. If you drink lots of fluids, eat healthy and are regularly active and in good health, you could potentially do more working out than that, but you have to be careful so you don't overextend your body and end up getting injured and/or sick.

I think they make about 200-300 dollars an hour, so times that by how many hours they work and how many days a week they work, that's my theory.
i believe 3-4 days it depends when you work out, i work out 4 times a week and i take 1.5 scoops each time i work out, that should be enough.
