To be exact, it depends on where you're located on earth.

From the mid-north latitudes ... like Europe, the USA, southern Canada, etc. ...

the Pleiades are visible for some part of every night during nine or ten months

of the year.

Viewed from anywhere more than about 66 degrees north latitude ... very roughly

anywhere north of the Arctic Circle ... the Pleiades are always visible, whenever

the sky is clear and the sun is down. From the north pole, that means any time of

any day or any night from September 22 until March 21.
