It would be inpossible to say because a person has to realize that there are hundreds of different translations of the Bible. While they all carry pretty much the same meaning, they have slightly different wordings. So if you look at a King jammes Bible and compare it against a Bible in Living English, for example, the two Bibles will word things differently. Furthermore, the Bible is now translated into hundreds of different languages. To try to find such a specific word mentioned a specific number of times would be immpossible.
The phrase "long suffering" does not appear anywhere in the KJV bible. It appears one time in the NIV bible (Jeremiah 15:15).
