How many times you eat a day does not make a difference if someone is going to lose weight or gain weight. It is all about calories ( healthy calories/fats/protein). If you are supposed to take in 2100 calories a day and you really eat 2700, your going to gain weight. If you are supposed to take in 2500 a day and you eat 2000, you will lose weight. Find a calorie calculator and figure your out and take it from there. Losing 10 pounds in a week is not healthy in any way. Lots of water

Really it` s probably not possible to lose that much, but you can lose alot by just cutting your food back, and if you starve yourself you will just be skinnier until you eat or drink anything so its not good to strve yourself. And first if you want to lose weight it has to be in your mind before you can do it.
