If you have V6, you need two. In case if you have 4 cylinder engine, you need only one.
The oil leak is coming from the valve cover gasket and leaking onto the exhaust manifold, the rubber valve cover gaskets get hard from the engine heat and start to leak, you will have to replace the rubber valve cover gaskets to stop the oil leak
They are gaskets under your valve covers that keep oil from leaking out.

The Positive Crankcase Ventilation (PCV) valve is attached to a valve cover. I don't know about the 4 cylinder but for the V-6 you have to remove the plastic noise cover to reach it. Once you can see the valve cover(s) the PCV is pretty obvious. It's plugged into the cover with a vacuum hose attached. Cheers

you do not need to remove intake manifold to change valve cover gaskets. intake bolts to the block. valve covers bolt to the heads EDIT: Theirs some clearance issues but you can maneuver the valve cover out.
Just reverse the way you took it off 'except' make sure there's no gasket material left on the seating surface and the gasket is in excellent condition on the valve cover. If you have any doubt replace the gasket. Cheers
