What report are you referring to? If you mean an answer given to a question here on WikiAnswers, the answers are given by visitors to the site and can be corrected by visitors to the site, including you. That is what a "wiki" is.
Are swear words permitted on WikiAnswers?
noWe have many people who visit Wikianswers, some of those visitors are children. Would you like your brother or sister to see swear words? Of course not, so we do not allow them. When we find them in an answer, we delete the swear word and have a talk with the person who used it.
