so far once but it erupts every 69,000 years it last erupted around 1645 bc
This is hard to answer. The volcano in 10,000 years erupted an average of every 800 years and in the last 4,500 years it has erupted an average of every 600 years.. If we do the math that comes to 12.5 times in 10,000 years and in 4500 years that is 7.5 times for a total of 20 times. The last time was 200 years ago.
No. But there is a volcano in Ireland and it erupted last year! That volcano was in Iceland. Regarding the sugarloaf, there are a number of sugarloaf mountains in Ireland. Only 1 is a volcano which is extinct. Ireland has many volcanos all of which are extinct.

how many lives did Honolulu volcanoes take when it erupted at the last time?
108... but that's counting any volcano that's erupted in the last 10,000 years, or has fumarolic activity (is emitting sulfur gases). Japan's meteorological agency (JMA) currently has about 30 of those under continuous monitoring.
300 years
A volcano which has not erupted for many years can be described as dormant. The word dormant is derived from the French, dormire, meaning to sleep.
