I believe is 12 to 14 volts.
The ignition control module for a 1995 ford f150 is an important part of the drive train. If the module is failing then the engine will run erratically or not start at all.
Your engine may be misfiring. Check your fuel and ignition systems. Another possibility is that you have a worn engine mount that is allowing horizontal movement of the engine.
yes it does
Somebody with the remote is messing with you. I had a similar problem years ago and found a defective starter solenoid was the problem
f150 ignition coil sequence
( 6 quarts ) WITH FILTER CHANGE
Only on the 4.2 liter V6 engine , the 4.6 liter and 5.4 liter are Coil On Plug ( C.O.P. ) ignition
No
Assuming the starter is engaging and cranking over the engine but the engine fails to run you need to check if you have spark and fuel. Open the air filter housing and squirt some starting fliud in then try to start it. if you have no response you probably have no spark in which case I would suspect the ignition module which is located on the distributor.
Could have a blown fusible link in the charging system. Start with attaching a volt meter to the battery. If the battery is fully charged it should read 12.68 volts (engine off). With engine running, 14.2 volts.
the ignition modular is on the driver side 6" from firewall
