I have been trying to figure this out too. The best estimate I have come up with is 9 points for 4oz of steak fries. Not including sauce.

A slice of beef, broiled, or cut for broiling; -- also extended to the meat of other large animals; as, venison steak; bear steak; pork steak; turtle steak.
Steak IS meat. Meat is the essence of a steak: A steak is not the same if it's not of meat, whether that meat is beef, venison, bison, moose, turkey, salmon, halibut, etc. (Steaks don't have to be just of beef...)
Yes, normally the term steak refers to beef (cow meat), but occasionally people refer to a similar cut of meat from other animals such a venison (deer) steak.
it varies on the different sauces you get, some can be a lot and some can be as little as 2 points. i have been with weight watchers for the past 7years and i am in fine figure, i recommend the weight watchers hot sauce.
Yes, but you can also cut steaks from venison (deer), buffalo, elk, etc.
4 ounces of lean, broiled venison is about 180 calories.
Too many Love
There are 136 calories on average in a 4 oz. pieace of venison.
A 6 oz. steak has 8 points........so since for every 6 ounces there will be 8 points giving a 6:8 ratio (2:4 SIMPLIFIED) you can set up the porportion 2:4=4:x and find out that x= around 5 1/2. Telling you that there is 5 1/2 points in a 4 oz steak.
