To help them smell
They are poo sniffers
Long whiskers to help improve their senses
the super senses of tiger is whiskers
Cats' whiskers sense their surroundings, plus the whiskers grow to the outward size of the cat. The tiger or cat will put its head in somewhere first, and if its whiskers are crushed, it will tell the cat that it will not fit through that gap. Whiskers can also sense vibrations in the air.All cats use their wiskers to judge the width of openings. It wouldn't do for a tiger to try to push through a tight opening in the brush and scare away its prey, would it?
that's how all animals feel things around them.
fur,whiskers,eyes, ears, tail
a bearded seal can have 16 to 18 whiskers
Yes, they most certainly do make a tiger feel its way around the jungle, paddock, toilet or where-ever it lives/chooses to be.YEAH!!!!!!
no but as they get older they go a bit grey around by the whiskers. It is not likely for the tiger to change it's stripes for another pattern, but evolution could change the way it looks.
There is no opposite of Whiskers on animals. They are a sense organ and many animals have them. Animals without Whiskers use other senses instead. Beardless
