Even though I consider myself a "member of the Unification Church", (UC), this is a difficult question to answer with finality. This is because the scope of the UC and the Unification Movement, (UM), are so vast, spiritually speaking. Rev. Moon began, back in the 1950s, to marry/"Bless" couples, in ever increasingly attended "mass marriages". In the beginning, there were 3, then 36 couples, then 777, 1,800, 8,000, etc. But many of these "couples" might say now that they are no longer "full members" of the UC/UM. The real problem comes when we learn that Rev. Moon re-married/"Blessed" hundreds of millions of "couples" in the early 1990s; but these couples were not required to "join" the UC. They only agreed to honor the importance of four key points: No adultery, no divorce, teach your children to not have sexual relations before marriage, and work for unity and world peace for mankind. So there are "degrees of membership" in the UC, since it is not just a religion, but rather claims to be the manifestation of the Second Advent of Christ.
