Between the creation of Adam and the birth of Moses there were 2368 years, according to traditional chronology.
There were anywhere from 300 to 500 years between the time of Jacob and Moses. Jacob was born first of the two. One of Jacob's sons was Joseph - who became a leader in Egypt. Moses was born into the Egypt that Joseph had presided over. Therefore, Moses came about 2 generations after Jacob. In biblical time, that's about 3 to 5 hundred years.
One thought:The 'Ten Commandments' and the rest of 'The Law' were received by Moses in 1513 BCE (Exodus 24:12), which was approximately 2,500 years after Adam sinned.(Romans 5:14)Another Thought:Some believe Adam was created in 4004 BC or 1 AM (anno mundus or year of the world) and that the Law was codified to Moses in 1446 BC making it about 2558 years less the time God gave Adam and Eve to fully learn the Law - a complete 19 year Cycle (2537 AM) that was used by the Hebrew and Babylonians for their calendars.God's Law is spiritual and eternal. Its primary purpose is to define sin for mankind. Before the Law was codified (put in written form) it was transmitted quite accurately via oral communications and daily life within the ever growing communities. Surely God would not of banished Adam and Eve without their knowing and understanding that they broke God's Law or sinned. Consider their first child Cain:Genesis 4:7New King James Version (NKJV) 7 If you do well, will you not be accepted? And if you do not do well, sin lies at the door. And its desire is for you, but you should rule over it."Because the Israelites where slaves for so long in Egypt, when God delivered them in circa 1446 BC, He gave His Law to Moses on the tablets which the Children of Israel accepted and entered into the covenant with God promising to obey God's Law (Deuteronomy 5:27).
about six thousand years ago Islam says that only between Adam pbuh and Noah pbuh was 10.000 years. so between us and Adam pbuh... God knows.

There were ten generations between Adam and Noah. This rounds out to about 1100 years. It should be noted that the lifespans and fertility periods of these individuals were incredibly long. Adam was 130 years old when he fathered his first son and Noah fathered his first child at 500.

A strictly literal reading of the Torah chronology places the Exodus from Egypt, and the people's standing at Sinai, in the year 2448 from Creation, with the first entry into the Promised Land 40 years later.
There were 950 years between the birth of Adam and the birth of Noah. (Noah was born 20 years after Adam died).Adam was not BORN he was CREATED (Genesis 1:27) Adam-Seth 130 years Seth-Enosh 105 Years Enosh-Kenan 90 Years Kenan-Mahalalel 70 Years Mahalalel-Jared 65 Years Jared-Enoch 162 Years Enoch-Methuselah 65 Years Methuselah-Lamech 187 Years Lamech-Noah 182 Years That's 1056 years between the creation of Adam and the birth of Noah.
