I have a 99 with 3.8L engine. I put in 5 quarts when doing an oil and filter change.
The actual level is 4.5 qts. If you put in 5 you have overfilled the crankcase by 1/2 qt.

Exact oil fill capacities are determined by model year and engine option. For 2014 Chrysler 300Ms with the 3.6L V6 the service fill is 5.9-quarts with the filter. The recommended viscosity is API 5W20 for this model and engine.
