Just use the equation (plugging in your numbers) --->
50 parts/ 1 parts = 10 Liters/ X Liters and solve for X liters. For 10 liters of petrol you need .2 liters of oil (or 200 milliliters).

No..the compression ratio is much higher eg a small petrol engine will have a ratio of 8:1 where a diesel small engine has around 17:1..
