You've gotta go through her black heart event! After that her heart will turn purple. You will continue to give her stuff and while doing so, you'll go through her purple heart event and her heart will become blue. After turning blue, you'll still continue to give her stuff everyday and while doing so again, you'll go through her blue heart event. Then Celia's heart will turn yellow/green (i forgot.) THERE ARE NO HEART EVENTS FOR ORANGE HEART! Remember that!! When her heart is red, propose to her with the blue feather.Hope this helped! >.< bx

NO, well you can get celias heart to red. however she wont except any proposal or anything until you have finished all heart events, got 60 harvest sprites, get a final upgraded house and hae a double bed.
