I got mine changed today.ha ha ha ha. It located next to engine oil fill cap, but it cover protector black rubber tube.

To all the posting on here and the people who answer without knowing what they are talking about...there is no dipstick for the transmission oil check, and yes it should be checked after 50K miles and on regular maintenance visits. There is a oil fill plug located on the passenger side of the transmission, towards the rear, 24mm socket, and this is where you can check and fill oil if needed.
If your doing a total refill. Then, If I recall correctly is 4 cans of 134A.
there is a fill plug on the passenger side rear of the transmission, toward the top. its a 15/16" hex. there is no dipstick. you can find the refill procedure in the sequoia section under "how do you refill transmission fluid in a 2005 seqouia" the transmission and the procedure are the same.
