That question doesn't make sense. Are you asking what is needed to make alcohol? The base minimum requirements are a fermentable sugar (cane, corn, honey, fruit, and so on), yeast (almost any yeast including bread), and probably some water. Although you could crush grapes or apples without adding water and use yeast with that to make alcohol. Keep in mind there is much more to it, you don't just mix a fermentable sugar with yeast and it created alcohol, there are more steps.

It might be possible to ferment the sugars in sodas. Generally to make alcohol, you need yeast, sugars and time. Grape juice is fermented to give wine. Most fruit and vegetables can be fermented but the fructose syrup inside the soda would not be enough to get much alcohol.
According to my lots experiments, best quantities are: 1L water 200g sugar 10g yeast And u can make it 2 litre of water 400g sugar 20g yeast depending on how much u want to make ethanol. Using the 1L... U will get 126 mL of ethanol 85

Too much sugar will act against the yeast, so if you add too much sugar you will have a lower alcohol halt. Homemade wine does use yeast, only beer does
Yeast does not absolutely require oxygen to grow. However, the use of anaerobic growth via nutrition from sugars is an extremely inefficient method of growth for the yeast, leaving it much more susceptible to environmental effects that could damage it. Oxygen is immensely more useful for the yeast to grow, but without oxygen, yeast does useful things, like leavening bread and fermenting alcohol.
