It is much leaner than beef. However, I have found that it works best when cooked into a dish, such as chili. It doesn't have enough fat to hold together well for hamburgers and such.

Well for 1 they say they are never premade.. false.. they are premade, they come in a bag of 75 or so and they are fresh , but premade... still not sure if it is 100% pure beef or not, because no matter how long you cook it, it still stays pinkish on the inside.... so I'd say it's mixed with fillers.
