No, i am 13 years of age. you are supposed to eat 500 calories a day. and workout 800 calories. i know what i am talking about. i have a personal trainer. and he tells me everything :) so, BEFORE YOU GO SAYING THE WRONG ANSWER, think twice ! thanks.
