Generally no more than 10,000 units of the destination country's currency if you don't want to declare it! For example entering Canada or the US, you must declare$10,000 or more and have a valid reason for carrying that much cash. A letter from an employer for instance. If you do have a valid reason and intend to declare...I don't thing there is a limit.
From the UK outbound, £10.000 cash. no more unlesss you have authorised documents from customs
As much as you wish
A lot.
You can easily carry as much cash as you wish. Each country has their own rules about cash limitation .
They don't have a limit or ask you about your money if you are flying from city to city. If you are flying to another country they might have a limit on how much you can bring in. Most people carry hundreds of dollars in traveler's checks. It's not wise to carry large amounts in cash.
I don't think is any law the prohibits taking any amount of cash on an airplane, though it'd be a good idea not to take alot for the usual reasons, theft, getting mugged, losing your luggage.
As much as you want. BUT you must declare to the authorities any cash (and/or securities and/or traveler's cheques) worth more than 10,000 USD.

You are allowed to bring as much cash as you would like to carry into the United States, but any amount over 10,000 dollars must be declared. You can keep as much cash as you would like in your home.
