It's not significant at all. It's about 5 calories per piece. And celery doesn't burn the calories, it's because it takes more calories to digest the celery than the celery has in it. So if you're eating celery, it's basically just like drinking water. And to lose weight you need to exercise. If you only diet without exercising, you'll have extra fat everywhere. And if you exercise without changing your diet, you'll have a bigger appetite. :)
