Diesel fuel weighs 1 gallon
well the diesel get alittle bit more mpg but not much but the diesel burns cleaner the regular fuel
Ten liters of diesel fuel will weigh 8320 grams. One liter of diesel fuel weighs 832 grams. Ten liters of diesel fuel weighs about 18 pounds.
alot jk but really how much?
Diesel fuel is the kind of fuel used by diesel engines. Its a combustible fuel refined from crude oil - just as is gasoline - but diesel has a much higher flash point than gasoline. Its grade is measured in cetane rather than octane
Where I live in western Canada, diesel is $1.20 per litre today.
The density of petroleum diesel is about 0.85 kg/l
Diesel fuel's price depends entirely on your location and what era you are in. Right now in eastern Washington state, diesel fuel is above $4.00 a gallon, and back in the 2008-2009 global enconomy crisis, I saw it for $5.26 at its peak! But anywhere in the US, you're looking at dumping around $4.00 for every gallon.
About 100 gallons of diesel fuel.
not at all. that will cause engine damage. gasoline burns at a much lower temperature than diesel fuel so you will get pre ignition. diesel fuel has more useable power in than gasoline. gasoline is rated in octane and diesel fuel is rated in cetane. with diesel fuel the higher the cetane the faster the fuel will burn for a more complete combustion. so if you want more power from a diesel a place to start is a higher cetane diesel fuel. but things like bigger trubos, vgt turbos, injectors, intercoolers have a much bigger effect on power than fuel
Diesel fuel emitts much higher emissions. It emitts high smog and particualte matter. That'll be diesal fuel darling. Madgenta
