Of course they do, if they didnt, they wouldn't think to cross the road and get out of the way when a car is coming. x
As mentioned above, cats do in fact think. It may not be to the extent that we do but they still think about things like where to find food, the best places to sleep, wether or not to go after a prey item/animal and even wether or not they want to be friendly or trust us. - Astraea Ann

∙ 10y agoCats live in the moment and follow their instincts; they do not really think about things or analyse things. They know what kind of cat food they like to eat. But only when you serve it to them.

How much attention do cats need from owners?
Cats are quite independent but I always know when my cats need attention, as they get all affectionate with me, licking and rubbing me and purring.
Why are so many women addicted to cats?
Well, as you know, Dog is "Mans BEST friend" so it probably relates to why women are addicted to cats. But there are some men who like cats and not dogs. Kinda confusing. But I think that women like cats so much because they can relate better, you know, cats are slender, and don't make a lot of nose, they don't eat much, and are pretty much happy with anything!Hope I could help!
