Apart from the Belugas - which aren't very big - there is no consistently white whale species.
Sometimes though, there are individuals born that are a lot lighter/fairer in colour than the species average, perhaps even albinos. Moby Dick, from the book, is assumed to be modeled after an albino sperm whale for instance.
