A vegetarian Pizza will be roughly the same cost Asa regular pizza (note-plain pizza is considered vegetarian-friendly for vegs who choose to consume dairy as long as it contains no extra meat toppings). The price will vary based on size and location and type (frozen vs hand-made vs pizza store, for example).
ALOT. get it without cheese, it won't cut out all the fat, but it will omit a large percent.
(although pizza isn't the best choice for weight loss)
For vegetarian/ vegan pizzas - 'Viva Cafe Natural Pizza' on 2nd Ave. They also have gluten free options. Cost: $7 - $14 small, $10 - $20 large.

They can be. A simple cheese pizza is vegetarian. Adding veggies makes it more so.
'Abhor' is a bit of a strong word to use. I'm a vegetarian and we just have to put up with unfortunately being the minority. Margarita pizzas are vegetarian usually.
In 1989, the cost of a 10 inch sausage pizza was about 6.50 dollars. The cost in 2014 was about two times that much.
Rougly around a couple thousand dollars a year.
lol
Domino's Pizza and Pizza Hut stores in the UK sell vegetarian stuffed crust pizzas. All cheese used by UK stores belonging to these chains use only vegetarian cheese. (I know employees of both stores and they have confirmed this information.)
You can write two equations. One for the total number of pizzas; X + Y = 32 ; and another for the total cost; 15X + 18Y = 537. Solve these simultaneously to get the number of large pizzas, X ,and the number of extra large, Y.
On average, an XL pizza with one topping can cost around $10, so including tax, I'd say around $85-$90.
