take it to the dealership, a nissan sentra takes atf fluid you can only buy at the dealership. For how much the fluid and tools for it cost it will be about the same price for them to do it
it depends on what kind of dealership it is and how many cars they sell. :D
Took my z to dealership today and total was 315.00 parts and labor.
Depending upon which car dealership you work for if its a larger dealership your more likely to make more then a smaller dealership. Roughly 50K to 70K
I have a Nissan Quest 3.5 requiring the same service. Dealership quote was $1900 CDN (Aug 2013)
No
It depends on the size and location of the Dealership. A small rural dealership would pay a lot less then a city dealer of the same size.
i am currently having that issue with my 2000 Nissan sentra. its at the dealership right now and they say that to replace the part, keys, and reprogramming everything will cost me about $900. im looking for alternatives now.
the dealership or eBay, that's about it. they can't cost that much really maybe 25 dollars max.
I am having my starter replaced today on a 1999 Nissan Maxima for a total of $610 including parts and labor.
Neither or both, it depends on the condition of the car and who much you are willing to spend. You could go to a dealership and pay cash in full and receive warranties and many promises that they may not keep, which would be the same as if you where to go to a private owner and receive as-is condition no refunds no warranties.
