They all earn pretty much the same. It is more about the individual surgeon. Some surgeons who do more surgeries and are more famous may make as much as 8 million dollars a year, and some lesser-known surgeons may only make around 1 million dollars a year. But surgeons at each hospital make significantly more than the average neurosurgeon.
