A brand new PC can cost 26,000 Philippine pesos or $600 Australian Dollars. The Australian Dollar is higher than the USA Dollar. But if you go to the Pawn (2nd Hand Shop) you can buy a brand new PC for 9.000 Philippine pesos or $200 Australian Dollars. Many Filipinos have not choice but to sell their Brand new PC to the Pawn that they bought one week or two weeks before because there is always a Water or Rent Bill to be paid again when they already paid for it the week before. It has happened to two of my friends and their friends. So if you want a brand new PC and save lots of money go to the local Pawn (2nd Hand Shop) instead of wasting your money buying it from a Retail Shop. Of course if you live in Australia or the USA better go to a Retail Shop to buy a new PC.
