On average, a mangaka makes about 250,000yen from a monthly magazine's manuscript fee. The payment Is not a regular income. Only a series releases as a tankobon provides a regular payment through royalties.

Not really. It depends on what your perception of manga is.
Shoujo, Yaoi, Seinen, Yuri, etc. But it all depends on the type of manga story you will be drawing. For example, if you happen to be drawing a Shoujo type manga story then you will have to be more detailed especially in expressions.
A popular drawing style would be the Japanese cartoon style called Manga.
I like this manga tip site, b/c they have how to draw manga Videos and drawing exercises to practice stuff. It's really nice cuz its simple and easy to read. Check it out http://manga-tip-of-the-day.deviantart.com/

The best way to start drawing Manga is by using drawing books. After a while you will be able to draw them completely yourself. If you want to digitalizes them, scan them in to your computer and you can use programs like photoshop and paint.
