It is very hard to estimate how much a baby turtle would cost because i do not know which breed you were looking at. I bought a freshwater short-neck baby turtle last week for $75 in South Australia. This price did not include the tank, basking rock, water heater, turtle food, health block, or any other accessories, and so all together (not including the tank, but including the turtle), I have spent roughly $270! (wow...lucky Tilly!) If you told me specifically which breed you were thinking of, i could probably give you a more detailed estimated price, but otherwise the price range for a turtle can vary (on average) $20-$80.
